My husband and I have traveled to Alaska several times.

We think this book is perfect! We like the simplicity of the recipes and the spices, which for the most part are already in our kitchens. We love the front cover; those little CHEFs  are adorable, and we look forward to sharing these recipes with our customers and family, especially the grandchildren.
